Key points:
-Orthodox left hand lead
-Position yourself in your boxing stance
As left shoulder is already leading, you must rotate your left shoulder to come back slightly, so that you can be in the position to throw the left hook and generate power.
-Rotate your right heel out slightly in order to comfortably rotate your left shoulder and hips.
-Weight mostly on your front foot.
-When ready to throw the left hook, cock your left elbow up, shoulder height.
-Throw the left hook round so that your weight transfers round and threw your opponent, while keeping your right hand up and protecting your right side of your chin.
