Umm it’s totally normal to take both just don’t exceed the recommended dosage, ibuprofen and acetaminophen are taken away by different parts of the body so it’s relatively safe to use both tg, and it works much better at stopping pain tg, then Vicodins do, acetaminophen is safer then ibuprofen, and it works if you just take small amounts of ibuprofen, like 400 mg of that, and 500 mg of Tylenol, just don’t over do it, anything can hurt you if you over do it, but it won’t work the same taking them alternate, at least for me, taking to much ibuprofen will result in ulcers and bleeding stomach and kidney damage and acetaminophen will hurt you liver, they are safe to a degree.

You definitely can take both of these medications together in the proper doses, 3x/daily safely. Don't spread misinformation, that's how people potentially get hurt.
