FWIW, I resolved this issue today by updating/reinstalling VirtualBox. Sometimes it seems to break after a windows update.

SOLVED IT: I had two warnings when I open the settings for the specific machine. One for network which is solved by going to preferences then network and create a natnetwork. The other was an error for the USB 3.0 which required the extension pack. Solving these did it for me hope it does it for you too!

OMG!! This does not solve your issues. This video is just to tell you that you need to recreate your whole VM image. Another simple term mean, reinstall your Operating System. This method will not restore all your programs and datas.

The actual issue this video shows is that your VM image is missing. You should try to search for the VM image 1st before creating another one. If you can find, put it back to the location and it will be working.

How does this 'solutioon' fix the old image? What if there's information you need to recover from the old VM? Your solution is not a solution at all. Please do not mislead people.
