Ok that does happen once in a while, we don’t claim those individuals, so that would be..PO(petty officer)2nd class & 1st class (E5-E6), then you jump to chiefs…Chief, Senior chief, master chief, you Vargas would be a chief in the navy, and chiefs are like god you could say, especially the master chief, I’ve seen entire units stand there and listen to something the CO OR XO has to say and not do shit until they get it from the chief, nobody pays attention to cake eaters and we say AYE SIR, most of the time anyway
