Upper left: 30sec
Upper right 30 sec
Lower left: 30 sec
Lower right: 30 sec
Whole mouth 2 minutes.

No one uses the apps on these toothbrushes. The white ones also get nasty looking after a few years. You're better off buying the black one.

I loved it but 1 week later the toothbrush just didnt want to turn on ... I dont know .. I dont have to wash the toothbrush or what?? Now I have to swop It for another one..

Very cool but my Sonicare toothbrush has done these things for a while.
Also, I suggest you use only soft bristle brushes. Medium and hard brushes damage your teeth.
