They (Congress) say there is no money involved. They got an interest free fat loan from a company named Dotex. They used it to buy shares in National Herald, said Subramanian Swamy, Ex-Union Minister while speaking to Rahul Shivshankar on India Upfront. He adds, 'In 2015, I sent complaint to Finance Minister and a copy to the ED. It was Finance Minister who closed it, ED never closed it. And then again, in 2019, I gave another complaint'.
