How can we be justified? #Shorts

I John 1:7 declares: “… the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.” How do we get clean? Through the blood of Jesus. What gives us access to the blood of Jesus in our lives? The redemptive work of Jesus on the cross. His death, burial, and resurrection accomplished an eternal, irreversible victory for anyone who will put their faith in Him as Lord and Savior. It's why Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. But that historical fact does not just automatically bring cleanliness to our lives. We must accept it by faith as we recognize the need. You can't just pray, "Oh, God, so sorry,” and then live any way you want. You'll have to bring your entire life to Him, and it’s the blood of Jesus that enables us to repent and be forgiven, to be washed, to be sanctified, to be justified—the blood of Jesus has to be applied to your life for it to be of benefit to us.
