This vid is short and simple. This is my 1 week balisong progression with the glidr arctic. Had a lot of fun putting this together. Sorry it’s not very good editing :P

Some tips:

-Don't use as much force when you flip. Let the bali move on its own.
-Try to flip with your wrist rather than arm. Something I've noticed that helped me was holding my arm almost completely still and flipping. (Especially helped with rollover tricks - helix, b8b, etc.)
-For rollovers, it helps to hold farther down on the handles (less distance the handles have to travel around your thumb, more control, etc).

That's all I can think of right now. Keep it up, you'll be great in no time <3

I've been doing this for 4 years, and the valorant inspect combo is by far the coolest in my opinion

Remember not to force any movement. You are trying to rotate the handles only. The rest will happen naturally

Awesome man, keep it up! I love seeing the balisong community grow sow much. I'm 6 years deep but still have so much to learn aswell, there's always something new to master. P.S. I know this comment is 2 months late lol

For everyone that says "lucky one you started on an Arctic" don't say that because then you get a 5 dollar bali and you realize you have to buy another one, you get a good quality knife/trainer you enjoy it more. If you understand

My man starts as a beginner with a glidr arctic. No doubts there will be no hardware problems anytime soon :D

Good stuff! Not sure if anyone has already told you but I strongly recommend that you put the bite handle marker (the rubber band thing) on the bite handle (the "sharp" side). It's meant to condition you into getting good flipping habits especially if you will eventually move onto a live blade.

yeah just so you know nobody is gonna find you more impressive because of speed. smoothness is what looks the best on a bali.
