I do this with a lower incline on the bench and lighter weight and i do a reverse fly instead of a row thats angled away from your body kinda making a 45° angle with it. The rear delt pump after a high rep low weight set of 4 is insane

For everyone who is saying flys are better:

1. you know nothing about anatomy
2. you didnt't do the exercise correctly / you didn't even try it

You should do this AND a fly to get the best of both worlds:

1. the row gives you maximum load and contraction
2. the fly gives you maximum stretch

Pay attention to how he rows to eliminate upper back involvement as much as possible:

1. Don't move your shoulder blades
2. Lead with your elbows

Heavy means less reps which isn't really effective for a muscle as small as the rear delts

tbh might be wrong but i think you’re using too much back in this one and it’s dominating the reps. i like to do the normal reverse curls on the bench similar to this but keeping yourself a little hunched over

While Im sure you get s pump in your rear delts, this is basically a variation of "Low to Highs" and 'hip huggers'.
Similar to your leaning shoulder shrug video, this will work your middle/ lower traps, rhomboids, and rear delts also, but not in isolation.

Cool hybrid, but not "rear flys"
