- 1lb of CHE 19 Taco Carnitas- Chorizo Tofu.
- 1lb of Fresh Yukon Gold Potatoes.
- 2 tbsp of Kosher Salt.
- 1 tbsp of White Vinegar.
- 1/4 cup of Olive Oil.
- 16 ea. of CHE 19 Taco Cantina- Hand Pressed Flour Tortilla.
- 1lb of Fresh 1/2' Medium Diced Onions.
- 1 cup of Fresh Chopped Cilantro.
