I use that technique also. Just to mention that, if you press Alt and the new layer icon, you can choose all the options (blend mode + 50% grey) at once.

Bro, Could you please do a full retouch process in Photoshop of a model with no make up and uneven skin tones ?
From the start like removing blemishes, fixing uneven ness, skin retouch and then applying some contouring and highlighting.

It would be nice if the picture you take, is of outdoors not studio lighting.
