Folks, this is what a perfect outdoor build looks like, they did so much here that the regular person doesn't know about or would even check for. I've been in the building business for 40 years and this is one of the very rare perfect jobs. I don't know where you work out of but I'm betting you've raised the standards 2000 % . Looks super nice!! Only wish they would've vaulted the ceilings and put in a big sky light as the roof blocked basically all of the light going into the house. But the design is flawless, modern, functional, luxurious!
