'Bought one yesterday ( Player Series Telecaster Butterscotch Blonde ) and after trying it for 1 hour at the guitar store i just couldn't let it go ! The twangy sound that comes out of this instrument is simply amazing for the price . Amazing for playing clean blues to jamming to even heavy metal (with right amp setting) . Combined with a wah pedal it's simply amazing . Played it for 9 hours today, i would've continue, but my hand started hurting a bit it was an amazing journey time gooes by when you have a quality instruments in your hands . Thanks for making the Player series, it's perfect for player like me who don't make a living out of guitar, but play several hours every day and enjoy a great guitar!

I am a bass player for the last 25 years and got this as my first guitar very recently. After a setup (which all new guitars will need) it plays like a dream, and I barely even know what I'm doing haha. Every single experienced guitarist who has handled it has remarked on how awesome it is. I have yet to hear anything but praises for it, and I look forward to continuing to grow with it! I may just be banging out "cowboy chords" at the moment, but she'll be rocking soon!

Fender hit a complete home Run with the players strats..its for the professional player for sure..they remind me of the Strats of the Mid 1960"s i would take the New players Strat over the American professional Strat any day and all day long..fantastic Fender...

Aah. Need me a new guitar because I got re-bitten by the guitar-bug and my starter-pack strat is just "done for". I don't feel my playing/talent is actually "up to" a real Fender yet, if you know what I mean. But I tried one of these at the guitar centre last week, and now I really wan't to get one anyways.

Never thought of owning a tele, always been a semi hollow guy. However, when I sat down and played a tele, that neck pick up was the gateway to it all... now I own a sienna sunburst players series tele... I’m hooked :x lol
