When I went to school I was bullied a lot. I had a shitty childhood and it only got better as I got older. That song helped me so much ... I screamed it when I was alone in my room. Now at 36, a few years ago I was lucky enough to see Millencolin live and tears flowed when I heard "no cigar". This song was on every CD I heard in my car. In the meantime I have had "i don't care where i belong no more" tattooed on my arm and what i want to say is just thank you for this song and for this text, which has helped me so much through dark times.

I'm 38 this year. I'll always be greatful for this song and all the amazing other songs that made my childhood and teens, one I'd never trade or regret.

I had so much fun playing THPS 2 with my great friend André who's passed away... This version broke my heart and make me smile at the same time... I miss him.

This song has a totally different meaning now I’m in my thirties than it did in my 20’s it’s more gut punching now. 😢

This is Beautiful. I've always found this to be an emotional song; playing THPS2 as a kid I'd run the song on a loop for hours. God, how I miss the early '00s.

Wow, I was not expecting to be hit so hard by this version when i clicked it. I am floored right now. I adore the original version, but this just had so much soul and let the lyrics really shine. Fucking bravo. Damn.

These are those passive moments wherein you realize time has moved forward, and you're heart is still captured in a moment for as long as you can remember

Tell us where you're from
What you want to become
And we'll say if you're OK
Where did you go to school?
Right answer and you're cool
Yeah, you're the kid the whole day
You get a sticker in your face
Information 'bout the case
So you know your potential
Don't think you can extend
Don't think you can extend, just comprehend
But I don't wanna hear it
No, it's more than I accept
'Cause I don't care where I belong no more
What we share or not I will ignore
I will ignore
We will shut you out
We'll put you in doubt
If you think that you're special
We'll tell you who you are
We'll tell you that you're close but no cigar
But I don't wanna hear it
No, it's more than I accept
'Cause I don't care where I belong no more
What we share or not I will ignore
And I won't waste my time fitting in
'Cause I don't think contrast is a sin
What they say is
Go back where you came from
They'll tell you that, I don't want to hear
No, I don't want to hear
No, I don't want to hear it
No, it's more than I accept
'Cause I don't care where I belong no more
What we share or not I will ignore
And I won't waste my time fitting in
'Cause I don't think contrast is a sin
No, it's not a sin

You feel it coming straight out of his heart, like he's felt the pain. Massive respect

I met Nikola in New Orleans and he was very soft spoken and polite. He's been my hero since 1998 and it was such a great moment.

It's funny how when you get older (35) you like punk in acoustic version better than when you were 15 in its original format

When a song sound good with an acoustic guitar you have the proof that is really GOOD.
I don’t care if it’s a pop, rock, punk, metal, dance or whatever.
Good is good.
