Try this Vegetable and Olive ‘Tuna-Free’ Flakes Wrap 👌🏽🚨🐟🌱
It’s high in plant based protein and a great natural source of essential nutrients 🌱 All whilst being 10/10 on taste 🤩 Here’s how you make it 👇🏽
Ingredients:
🌱 Olive ‘Tuna-Free Flakes’ – ½ Pack
🌱 Agarve – 1 tbsp.
🌱 Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 tbsps.
🌱 Lemon Juice – A squeeze
🌱 Onion Granules – ½ tbsp
🌱 Garlic Granules ½ tbsp
🌱 Dill – A pinch
🌱 Wholemeal Wraps – x2
🌱 Spinach - A handful or 5g
🌱 Courgettes (small), julienned – 1/4
🌱 Cucumber (small), julienned - 1/4
🌱 Sundried tomatoes - 5g
🌱 Hummus – 2 tbsps.
🌱 Wholemeal mustard – 1 tbsp.
🌱 Black Pepper- ¼ tsp.
Steps:
1. In a small bowl, combine the EVOO, wholemeal mustard, lemon juice, black pepper and agave, and stir
2. Add the EVOO mix to the ‘Olive Tuna-Free Flakes’, and stir
3. Add the garlic granules, onion granules and dill, then stir again to combine
4. Smooth hummus over the surface of each wrap
5. Add spinach, courgettes, cucumbers and sundried tomato’s
6. Add ‘Olive Tuna-Free Flakes’
7. Wrap
8. Enjoy!
