I'll be damned a welding short that actually showed all the settings and processes. A+

Worked for a suppressor manufacturer and inconel and stellite are the hardest metals to work with, takes a lot of skill and experience

The only way I could see that going better is if you were able to roll the tube somehow and have a continuous bead.

I rarely like a welding video. But you actually seem to know what you're talking about and the humbleness at the end was a great touch.

Best weld video I've seen yet on any tick tock. Very informative and you show everything to a T. Great job.

One of my favorite welding vids I think, I love how that is just the weld you did and you didn’t go for a perfect one over many tries like some other channels, you got skills bro

👌Very nice welds there! Some pointers if you might be interested these worked for me.
625 is pretty sub septical to contamination so after cleaning the weld joint with lacquer thinner wiped once more with a fresh clean rag and don't let your fingers touch the weld joint.
Sharpen your tungsten with a longer point and push the tungsten back in at least an 8th 3/16"
Keep your tungsten pointed 5 to 10 degrees forward rather than pointing your tungsten straight back into the weld.
Also your tungsten should be pointing straight into the bevel rather than one side or the other.
But you are doing very good! I've been welding a lot of c2000 c276 and a bit of 625 over the last couple years and those are just some of the things that I found that help me with a cleaner better looking weld. If you have any questions or if any of my instruction is not clear feel free to let me know.

Exhaust never looks this good. Well done!

You ever try inconel stick? We used to use it constantly in coal fired power plants. That is the hardest puddle I have ever seen to control.

“Always room for improvement” couldn’t have said it better. Practice makes better not perfect 👍🏻

I've never welded inconel, but I know it's one of the hardest things I've ever machined.

Thanx for knowledge Hermano!!!!

Very precise work - that tubing looks prone to getting holes blasted in it from the heat.

Well done. I learned a few things and appreciate your efforts in putting this together. Thanks!

Cool info, gotta be truthful I've never even heard of that type of metal tubing. I had to look it up. But great vid, i can imagine now how tough it is to weld 👍

I really like this video even though I don't know anything about welding. I'm also really impressed that you responded to so many of the comments! Some really good comments here that make for pretty interesting reading.

What is your approach when tackling deformation during welding process? I know heat sinks would apply but what design or other applications would you implant for tubing welds

The only inconel video I found. Inconel is watery is the best way that I can describe it.
