Thank you for this comment and I agree that method is a much easier way. The reason I showed the method in the video is that I want pupils to be able to derive the inequality for themselves and not just know the check way. This is because some years in the exam they have asked you what the inequalities are but not given options. In that case you need to know how to derive them yourself. That said your method works very well in this case and thank you.
