If you were wondering about the first photo --this was a hotel in Rapid City, South Dakota. There was a shooting and the owner claimed the majority of crime in the area was caused by native Americans. So they instituted a policy banning them from staying at the hotel. This did not set well, as you can see.

What's with the being unvaccinated...? I had a friend who caught the flu, the vaccine we have for each winter. We watched him almost die. Now every year I have my flu shot..and covid..you ain't getting me either.

Some of these are clearly cases of "we don't have the whole story". Others, like the guy recording elementary students in the bathroom, are so grossly deviant there is no excuse to be had.

The etc people in the world are also freaks of nature - i.e. a very strong deviation from the norm (as in average/median.) She's a model. Her job is to be looked at draped in fancy clothes. As you would a work of art.

It's been a year since we lost an old friend to COVID. Just before Thanksgiving he brought us a turkey that he'd smoked..and COVID...he didn't get the shot but we did..he died night before Thanksgiving. We got real sick but we're still here.

IMHO, high schools today need to put more emphasis on civics classes. The current issues with anti-vaxers, election denial, pro-Russian advocates, etc. need to be addressed in a serious way.
