This dude is so legit live, he's the embodiment of a rock star. His presence on stage is almost intimidating, but his music is disarming and he's a genuine, cool guy. He's also one of the best guitar players I've ever seen live. He reminds me of BB King, Jeff Beck, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and Jimi Hendrix all rolled into one.

This song so deeply speaks to my soul. My brother chose to take his life 9 months ago, and it still feels like barely any time has passed. He was my soul friend who understood me like no one on this planet ever did, and he was the kindest, most giving person I've ever known - he just suffered from his own self pain or demons as they say. Ah, I remember that time I was fortunate enough to be 'around a fire' (if you will) after a festival set - and Eric Clapton and John Legend were both speaking about this man with such eloquence and honor.... which blew my own mind.
