Baggio is underrated. His dribbling ability, goals and assists while plaimg against the toughest defences in history was immense

What about an independent time keeper? Like in ice hockey. Start the clock at 90, and every time the ball is in play, the clock ticks down. Any stoppage, the clock stops. Once the 90 is done, it's done. Ref doesn't need to look at the clock/his watch, just ref the game.

Everyone knows how long is left etc. etc.

Would stop the ridiculous additional time adding up. Stops teams faking injuries and using subs to eat time as the clock doesn't move if the game is dead.
