Im guessing this dosent work for holes or a rip in the ball I tried it but it still dosent close the hole and releases air

Yeah- I tried it and it don't work. Let me repeat- It doesn't work. Either replace the entire bladder yourself, or send it back to the manufacturer for them to do it, or simply cut your losses and throw the football away, but all you're going to end up with is one gigantic mess with This method. My vintage autographed football is sitting in the trash.
