Thanks for the idea, have watched your video's and will be waiting for the next ones. I have made some one gal batches and they are to young or not very good. I have subed and will see what I am doing wrong. Carl

Record keeping is a must. and your handwriting is fine, I could read it no problem. I do something similar but use an excel sheet rather than paper. That gives me that opportunity to automate my gravity readings to get my ABV especially if it's a step feed.
