Great theory
In the novel with lore Ares gained control over the dead and a selection of monsters, poseidon could not do anything because it'd be him attacking ares' forces directly, and zeus forbid the gods wage war on one another, hence why poseidon enlisted kratos

This honestly makes perfect sense so this is definitely cannon Without the captain in Hades Kratos never would've lived so Zeus definitely got the information from the sisters to have known such vital information. ❤️❤️❤️

I don't think zeus went to sisters of fate, i think zeus went to the Oracle finding that kratos will die and he would needed help to reach up. Because no one can reach sisters of fate unless they let you do that. We've seen on god of war 2 where zeus got surprised by the kratos going back in time and zeus said that "looks like sisters have aided you"
