Fastest Way to Level it is with Random Dungeon Que, wear full Training Gear, XP Potion or Scroll and have as much Vampire Skills on your Bar as Possible while Killing and Completing the Dungeon. In a few Dungeons your from level 1 to 10 in no time.

Go to an area full of human enemy npcs and keep feeding on them and using abilities and do dungeons the higher the level the more maxed out your vampire will be also stick to stage one as your vampire character is strongest at stage one

So if I wanted to cure my vampirism, level my character up, and then have them turn into a vampire again, would that work and help make the vampire skill level rise faster since I’d be a higher level as well?

If you buy vampirism from the crown store, at level 1, when you just created your char, do you then actually become a vampire or do you just get the curse that requires you to do the lvl 38 questline?

Make a video for new players and help them choose the right build for each class. Like if someone new decides to be a nightblade explain which race they need to be and how they need to play it and stuff.

Okay as this is not know i a new vampire got my vampire states at about level 15. I say about level 15 because I was just about to become level 15. But at level 17 I'm almost level 2 vampire. Thhe best way to level up is easy let use drain essence over and over again then sneak behind people omce your at stage four vampire and then drink until your back to stage 1. Repeat and you level up quickly.
