Scott was a grown ass man and made his own decision. RIP Razor Ramon. One of the best to ever do it.

Hard to watch this one again. I can feel the hurt when I see Kev. Condolensces to everyone who's lost someone close to them.

The addict/alcoholic always finds a way. They don't need enablers. You may be able to stop them when they're with you, but they will sooner or later get away. They always find a way, and the hardest part about people who have addicts in their life is accepting they can't help or save the addict. Only the addict can save themself.

How emotionally bankrupt and low class do you have to be, to take a man's death and lay it at the feet of one of his best friends.... Probably one of a handful of people who truly wanted to help Scott. Let that shit roll off your back Big Kev.... You're still one of my all time favorites.

Although we’re all ultimately responsible for our own actions, Kevin and several others were definitely enablers of Scott’s behavior at several points in time. Doesn’t mean Kevin didn’t care about his friend but he was an enabler for sure.

Why can’t people just leave Scott hall alone, he had his demons just like a lot of people! Just let the man rest in peace

Everyone misses Scott Hall. He liked to blow off steam and let loose. It's a damn shame he's gone but he was truly cut from the cloth of the era of the best larger than life pro wrestling entertainers and the majority of them went down like this.

HHH stayed sober during the Kliq. Personal responsibility

“Scott had a problem before he met me.”
Not sure if Kev knows what ‘enabling’ means

I'm basically the only male for three generations in my family that wasn't an alcoholic.

My grandpa was in control while he was married at like 45 years old but when my grandma died like twenty years later he started drinking pretty heavy again.

My dad started drinking pretty heavy when he was like 13-14 years old and dropped out of school when he turned sixteen. He got a Union job and was doing good until I was like five and he got divorced and started getting wasted every night.

Then my younger brother started drinking when he was in eighth grade at his dishwashing job to impress the high school girls. He got divorced after two kids and the last time my younger brother went bowling with him he'd go out in the parking lot and drink beer then come back inside and bowl.

My youngest brother and I are the only ones who never had a drinking problem.

I remember hearing Nash and Hall talk about their return to WWE in 2002. They were driving up to Toronto for wrestlemania and Nash was getting messed up while Scott was trying to stay sober. Scott ended up relapsing wrestlemania weekend. You don’t think Nash’s actions contributed to that? He couldn’t stay sober for one day when he was around Scott?

The hurt reaction is not guilt about being an enabler, it's regret about what ifs.
Anybody who's lost someone in those circumstances, knows what it's like to be endlessly second guessing about what else they could've done. Just a really shitty feeling.

Some folks obviously don't know the definition of enabler.

An L for Sean for bringing that question out and giving it any kind of credence.
Nash shouldn't be bothered with such stupidity and ignorance. Do better Oliver.

Nash takes offense because he knows at the end of the day we are all our brothers keepers.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion.
Sadly too many times that opinion is not formed with first hand experience or knowledge.
Addicts don't need someone to twist their rubber arm to use or drink.
My mom is an enabler.
She absolutely believes that her babygirl can do not wrong.
My sister has stage 4 liver failure from 30yrs of drinking, drugging and smoking.
Doctors gave her 18 months a year ago.
She was supposed to go to jail for about 12 years for numerous DWIs and DUIs in 2011/12.
She'd either be drunk, coked out, high as a kite or usually all 3.
Our mom forced my dad to use his legal and political connections to get my sister a sweetheart plea deal.
Rehab, breathalyzer on her truck, no alcohol or drugs, stay on prescription meds.
Within 3 months my sister was back at it and using our mom's car to drive around.
Now our mom cries because this will be my second sister to die from a hard life of drinking and drugging while mom thinks of them as perfect.
I love my sister and I am pissed at my mom for letting this happen.

Yeah because Nash never had a drinking problem. These days, TDS replaced the drinking.
