As I took this video I had happy bees landing on my hands, bees with chock-full pollen pants ready to take their heavy harvest home to a happy hive.
When we depend so heavily on our bee friends to pollinate our fruit trees, it makes sense to plant with them in mind.
Borage is one ally that has been planted here plentifully and purposefully. It's an amazing understory support for an abundant fruit orchard.
It's edible, and it's a powerful garden companion.
The key to a plentiful fruit harvest is happy bees.
