I don't want to take their part, but it's PTB for a reason. They probably copy-paste the template and sometimes you forget to change everything when there are a lot of settings. That's what the dev in me says, but all the other random bugs feel like they have spagetti code.

Well, it proves that they are copying and pasting a hell lot of code lines. Not only Dracula is a copy paste of gorgon, spirit and pyramid now his rewards are from the knight. Very good.

I think some of the files has been taken from that chapter

I think they just haven't implemented prestige cosmetics for them yet because its still the ptb and the ptb usually doesn't have cosmeticd

They did say the full blood skin of Dracula and Trevor will not bein available on the ptb
