I followed the same steps as the tutorial, but couldn't 'build', when I try to 'run' the program, a dialog box showing "your program is not built" is shown, what should I do?

Hey! I am not able to get any output when I press build and run.
I just clicked on the build and run tool for the given hello world program but nothing works out.
This is the message that I am getting "myfirstprogram - Debug" uses an invalid compiler. Probably the toolchain path within the compiler options is not setup correctly?! Skipping...
Nothing to be done."
How should I rectify this problem?
PLEASE HELP.
