If the lights are in motion, or "dancing", wouldn't the 10sec exposure of each time lapse be blurry as the lights will inevitably show movements in 10sec?

Have an question about the settings mentioned in the text showed that the camera was set for a 10 sec shutter, but used a 1 sec that cause conflicts unless the interval is set to 11 sec to allow time for the shutter to complete each exposure? Or is the Sony built-in interval timer different than that on Nikons?

I have a timelapse mode on my Canon M50. Are there advantages in the way you shoot the timelapse over the timelapse mode?
