Putin warns of ‘lightning fast’ retaliation against interference in Ukraine

Moscow will launch 'lightning-fast' response against countries attempting to interfere in Ukraine, Vladimir Putin said in an address to lawmakers in St Petersburg on Wednesday.

Putin added that sanctions some countries had imposed against Russian goods were 'rude' and 'clumsy' and Russia would move its attention to other investors
