I once cooked on the Blackstone Tailgator and the griddle never got very hot... How hot does this griddle get? I had trouble cooking burgers they took a very long time to sear. They were from frozen..., but still...

I just bought one of these and I read in the manual that the right hand burner should not be used at the same time as the left hand burner! I suspect that the propane regulator isn't designed for that much

Could you share the dimensions of the base (without the handles)? Trying to figure out if it would fit in my travel trailer kitchen if I removed the handles. Thanks!

Has anyone tried to use the 1lb propane bottle on this griddle? Would the 1lb bottle be enough when camping?
