I don't know from where you got these settings but it has nothing to do with good quality. 5000 bitrate produces a horrible quality and the H.264 compression isn't that great either. The best settings i found it to use H.265 and a bitrate that is 2x your framerate. If you shoot at 30fps, go for 60k bitrate

the rate control settting doesnt appear for me (davinci 18.5 studio)

At 1.11 you could just check the box "use vertical resolution" instead of typing it 🙂
