Okay but someone please explain me that why these "Shortcuts" have more indepth explanations than the explanations we find in colleges (which is basically "this becomes vertical, that becomes horizontal")

For Isobaric and Isometric processes, Cp and Cv are not constant; they change with temperature. However, I suppose you are correct that Δ T will be much greater than Δ Cv, therefore the slope will still appear concave.

Excellent video. The slope of the isobaric process on the T-s diagram will be lesser than that of the isochoric process because Cp is always greater than Cv .
