I have been taking Allegra (aka fexofenadine) 180mg since early 2000s (I suffered from chronic urticariaand pollen allergy) and it works for me with no side effects. My daughter recently got chronic utercia too and Allergra saves her day. I tried other allergic relief pills but this is still the most effective.

Tried Claritin and Allegra, Allegra 24 hour works best, especially the whole day. Claritin seems to work the first week and that's about it. Haven't tried Zyrtec yet. But honestly, Benadryl is THE best one, but I have to take it every 4 hours, and plenty of caffeine.

I've been on Claritin for 20 years. Tried Allerga, it interfered with my thyroid medication, zrytec made me dizzy.

None of them do anything for me, Benadryl is only thing that works wonders. 👍
