Unrelated fact: in lots of Asian countries like Japan or China, it doesn’t matter if it’s true or false, if someone accused another person of something and it did damage to them, it still counts as defamation no matter what and can go in court.

There's a few things with this

1. Andrew and Tristan have put out that the Judge has said the woman had lied when he NEVER said that. The Judge acknowledged that the Tates has said she lied because of snippets of texts provided by them.

2. Mcbride, the Tates lawyer, has worked hard so that the Romanian Indictment stays out of the Florida case but that failed. So now the Judge will be able to read the text conversations in its entirety, which goes against the Tates.

3. The lawyer for the woman has filled a Protective Order because the Tates have twisted the Judge' words to the public. McBride might be chastised for endorsing the lies because he retweeted and replied to the Tates and he did not correct them.

Just remember he said on camera that he had been dating a girl for 6 years then not even 5 minutes later said she was 21 at the time of that videos recording and he was in the range of 27 at the time of that recording meaning he was around 21 dating a 15 year old. He may say things that boost the confidence of boys and get a few of them to better themselves but he is NOT a good person by any means with his pedophilic actions and his pimp business completely ignoring any alleged human trafficking he is not someone to look up to. There ARE better role models.

They’re not going to win that case. From the sounds of it, they want to blame her for their mistakes and their downfall. I’m glad the judge threw a lot of those points out, and I’m also glad that their case is at least being heard. Because they might uncover more details, doubtful, but maybe they can receive a bit of change.

This just shows what kind of kangaroo court is going on in this country right now. This type of defamation case hinges on two things. Proving damages, but since their business is being left out of it that's impossible and proving it was her fault the damages were caused, which is also insane because that hinges on a criminal case that isnt even finished yet. This case should either have been tossed in it's entirety for clearly being a SLAPP suit or delayed until after the criminal case has been concluded.

Say whatever you want, he boldly admitted that he wanted to live in Romania because their laws on sex crimes are not as strict as other countries so that says a lot about the type of person Andrew Tate is. Also, he was dating a woman for 6 years and that same woman said she was 21 at the time he said that which meant she was just 15 when they started dating. Andrew Tate is a predator and master manipulator, he deserves to be in prison.
