First he blatantly said he moved to Romania, due to their relaxed laws. So he could do whatever he wants. Then says he can pay off any official. Then gets arrested. Then claims there’s no justice in Romania. You can’t make this up. 😂

THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH INJUSTICE!! IT'S ROMANIAN LAW …….NOT AMERICAN LAW AND NOT BRITISH LAW. Andrew and Tristan Tate moved to Romania after being raided in London because they have more lax law regarding activities with women. They said this themselves! So Americans and Brits need to realize that they also have preventative detention over there that can last up to 180 days without being formally charged; while they investigate. That is Romanian law and the Tates cannot expect Romania to adjust their laws to accommodate them just because they have American and British citizenship. They don’t get to cherry pick the laws. They wanted to live in Romania for the freedoms but they weren't prepared to deal with the restrictions of Romanian law. They should've done their homework.

I really have to say, on behalf of a country that often gets ignored in the west, inviting an actual Romanian lawyer to speak in your videos is extremely appreciated! We're so used to seeing people guess and assume things. Thank you!

One of the best channels covering this, with Jesse and Stephan.

Americans have the arrogance to get into trouble in other countries and expect American treatment. I am a USMC veteran and when I was in the military we were always debriefed and told if we ever get locked up in a foreign country we are on our own if it isn't related to our duties as service men and women.

It seems you guys just don't get it. There is evidence. Okay? They are not detained while they are looking for evidence. They are detained while they look for even MORE evidence, Big difference. In order to detain them, some evidence was already provided to the judge that warranted their arrest. Got that? This evidence was only seen by the judge and was deemed enough to arrest them for 60 days now. Meanwhile, they are looking for even more evidence while they are detained. So they are not detained without evidence. When the trial starts, the defense attorneys will see the evidence that now only the prosecutor and the judge have seen. This is all in a nutshell.

How American is it to go to another country where you can't even practice law and demand the same rights and laws that are established in America. This is all so comical at this point

Great educational interview with someone who knows the law in Romania.

I agree that the American attorney (who has ZERO jurisdiction in Romania) isn’t helping. She even criticized the Romanian legal system by calling it „Un-American“. 🤦🏼‍♂️
Picture how it would play out if some random ROMANIAN lawyer would travel to the U.S. and tried to bully the American legal system into submission by calling it „Un-Romanian“. The colonial-style arogance and hubris!
I can’t even. 😂🤣😆

The Tates are really racking up the legal bills. I have no idea what an American lawyer brings to the table in what looks like a vastly different legal system from the one she is used to. I think they blew their money on this gal.

Tates: "we have committed multiple felonies and bribed many government officials!"
Also Tates: "We have done nothing wrong!"

"They can't fail, because it would make them look bad in the international level"

More like saying they'll never gonna let the Tates go because they're under pressure due to the mess they're in. They'll do everything just not to look bad (including possible corrupt methods).

It’s always “pride before the fall”. The smart crooks keep their yappers shut, not spout off on social media.

Its hilarious that Tate was pontificating on how soft the UK legal system was broken in upholding accused rights - the principle of innocent until proven guilty - now he is facing the opposite of that I wonder how he feels

He said you know I’m innocent.. not “I’m gonna sue”

if conditions in Romanian prisons are so bad (and they are) and if Tate does not like the Romanian legal system he should have done business in the US or the UK.

If we are going by the true definition of a “G” then Tate has never been one in his 30+ years of life. When he is finally released in his 50’s, there is a good chance he will have become a G, but by then it will stand for “Top Geezer.”
