Really interesting to have the direct comparison between the same product in different regions: my white monster can (central europe) has the percentages of taurine(0, 4%), coffeine(0, 03%) and L-carnitrine-Ltartrat(0, 015%) in the main ingredient breakdown and the sodium numbers are wildly different (0, 2g per 100ml/1g per 500ml can), also carbs coming in at 0, 9g per 100ml/4, 4g per 500ml can

Regular Red Bull and Full Throttle are my preferences. At my last job I used to smash the tallboy Red Bulls like they were nothing but after a while I started becoming more concerned about my kidneys and heart after watching others around me having heart issues and kidney problems. Now the only energy drink I consume regularly is coffee. I am quite gun-shy around energy drinks because of my former coworkers but I will have one every once in a while. One of my coworkers (who was around my age) used to smash regular Monster once an hour during an eight hour shift and eventually had a heart attack at work (he did survive).

I tried Gorilla Mind at a Crunch Fitness gym. They had orange, tigers blood, grape, and strawberry candy too. Orange was the best! It tastes like Fanta 🍊

I use to be an avid drinker of energy drinks. My top 2 from this video would be sugar free Red Bull and Celsius mainly because they’re not high-calorie. Great video.

The Monster Rehab line was very tasty and due to the lower sugar amount you had way less of a "energy dip" after 2 hours. They unfortunately don't sell them in Belgium anymore.

I tend to drink at least 1 every two days, they dont alter me that much, however that "white" monster really kicks in. And the pineapple redbull is prolly the most tasty of them all. It's almost like a soda =D

For Celsius I’ll say the flavor you picked isn’t so good but trust others are pretty good and they really do a good job at making you lose weight.
