My wife is 56 and a third shift Geriatric nurse. She also has Narcolepsy. Narcolepsy meds do not help her. She was diagnosed with it too late. She drinks one Monster that I’m aware of per shift. That keeps her going most of a 12 hour shift. She better not be drinking more than one.

So I was drinking one or two of the original Monster drinks a day, blood pressure was thru the roof, pre diabetic etc. went to my doctor for a standard check-up she said I was at the head of the line for a heart attack or a stroke and it might happen any second now, she ended up calling an ambulance. I don't drink those anymore and I'm still alive feeling much better.
