Woah! This helped me diagnose the issue!!! But your example was completely different than mine. a simple addition cell in a table wasn’t working. My circular reference issue was on a whole different chart located on the page. I just copied and pasted numerical values only so that removed the formula and that fixed it!!!

Why does excel does not remember/save the fact that you enable iterative calculations? The error pops up at random times when you open this saved file and you have to go check the enable box again. The file is being opened up by the same user and on the same PC every time it is being used. How would this issue be fixed? Thanks
