This video was made for educational purposes. This is already my fifth visit to Spartak (inst @massage_krd_020) and I know some of you have been waithing for it. As usual, the session included healing strong back massage and chiropractic adjustments. During the session Spartak is describing his actions and is sharing some knowledge with us.

Unbelievably impressive. I mean the level of knowledge demonstrated through his adjustments is insane. I've watched this many times in the past months and still cannot figure out how he continues to get cracks out of you past the halfway point.
