The Barnum Effect, like anything else, can be used to our detriment or to our greatest good. Awareness is key to avoid the former, but I believe leaning into it is okay when it is the latter. Positive results of this make people feel seen, heard, inspired, motivated, and/or anything else they might need to help propel them toward their best life, inside and out. ❤
