Just got mine in the mail and put it on.
WOW, right away you notice the bull quality and how nice and south the matte material feels in your hand. The texture provides a very nice balance where it gives you a nice secure grip, as well as being smooth enough to slide in and out of your pocket effortlessly. If I was to compare the feel to something more commonly familiar, it would be somewhere along the lines of the skin of a tangerine w/out the little bumps.

I love this case, I just received the black one in the mail 2days ago...I usually only spend around for a cell phone case but this 50 was well spent... I'd not thick and looks awesome on the phone with great protection

My Second Slim Armor View case for  a Galaxy Pros  great case look  and  feel...Cons the Hinge is its Achilles heal. The  cheap  plastic they use for the hinge  popped out twice and  eventually one of the tips broke off. I still believe though  that this is the best case  for the dollar spent.  Only wish they had more  variety of colors  and better plastic  for the hinge.

Honestly, the latch doesn't get in the way at all when it's in your hand. If you are worried about setting it down, the phone actually sits even as the hinge side is raised, the raised latch area balances it out so it sits perfectly even on desks.

I do like the storm trooper white, but I agree with the reviewer, the black is pretty slick and really like the matte finish.  Trading in my iPhone 4S for the Galaxy S4 and will likely get this case too.  Thanks for a great review

I tried it and it works fine when receiving calls, just swipe to answer and swipe the opposite direction to hangup :D

When I first purchased this case for $50, I loved it. Two months after, the parts that I predicted will fail did just that. The case have extremely thin parts and a very flimsy latch around the door. My next plan is to get a clone that can be had for $15 on ebay. It honestly can't be any cheaper than the authentic spigen case. Spigen was contacted and I was ignored.

Because some people can live without that extra GB of RAM. The Nexus 4 is still being sold a lot. It's a fantastic value phone, even though it doesn't even come near the current flagships.

Some people buy cases to protect their phone (no shit?), some buy them for the look.

....latch is extremely secure, to the point where you would probably have to hold the phone in one hand, while pushing inwards/upwards with your thumb on the other hand. Which is a good thing imo because it assures longevity during wear and tear.
I've seen elsewhere that you do have the option of removing the cover in order to use it as a standard case, but it didn't really feel like it's an actual feature. More of a self inflicted method.
Overall an amazing case. Batman like. Lol

If you had to have a case like this one with a front flap then I suppose this would be one of the better choices. But, when you have to suddenly fumble with your phone rushing tio answer a call I ton't think most of us would want the front flap. I have an Otterbox Commuter. I think it's one of the best hard cases on the market. With the Defender possibly being the only one that betters it. Which I ordered....

You don't want to have to fumble to open the cover of this case nor accidentally press the menu button all the time. IMHO.
