These Peanut Butter & Jelly French Toast Roll Ups are so easy to make! All four of my kids loved them! Share this recipe with a busy mama! 😋
Ingredients
•Peanut Butter
•Grape Jelly
•Sandwich bread
•2 eggs
•1/4 cup of milk
•1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
•Butter
Directions
1) Cut the crusts off of the slices of bread and use a rolling pin to flatten them.
2) Spread a thin layer of peanut butter and jelly on each piece of bread. Then roll them up tightly.
3) Mix together your eggs, milk, & maple syrup.
4) Heat pan on medium heat and melt butter.
5) Dip your roll ups into the egg mixture, then place into the pan. Cook the rolls ups until golden brown on all sides.
