I have a 4080 and I play at 1440p, I play everything at maximum with DLSS quality. I know it's a competitive game and FPS is important but Fortnite is very beautiful, characters and effects in a colorful world. Having a high end PC and playing worse than on a cell phone? No thanks!

Games absolutely stunning when cranked up, but damn they need to fix performance with the 1% lows and frame drops

I don't have top end PC, just 5600 and 6800. I adjusted to best graphics setting while the game 95% of time over 120+fps and I have 165hz 1440p monitor. I like 300+fps, but i prefer enjoyable graphics without lagging more, so 120fps good enough with decent graphic

I got the 7900xtx and couldn't for the life of me run this game in DX12 without the game crashing randomly. I've tried so many driver and game fixes i read online. I finally gave up after a few weeks and switched to performance mode. Never crashed since.

Is the performance mode side at 4K max?

This is precisely why I didn't go for a 4K display. THe game is struggling to stay above 60 with all settings maxed, but at 1440p Ultrawide I'm getting nearly 100 fps while having a more immersive perspective.

There's also the fact that some settings at Ultra have severely diminishing returns but hit your performance like a truck. But yeah, Fortnite is absolutely gorgeous when you use modern rendering techniques.

я думаю что это самая большая разница в фпс, а именно 600 фпс разница, Карл в 600 фпс! ) из всех игр которые я знаю, между низкими настройками графики и ультра- это просто две разные игры)
