Big Idea: Jesus Is Our Leader

Jesus is perfect! He never makes a mistake and He never messes up, which is why he is the best leader ever. When he chose his disciples, they got up and followed him, even though they had no idea what kind of adventure they were in for. When we decide to follow Jesus, we don't know for sure how our lives will be changed. The twelve disciples were regular people. By learning about the different disciples, we begin to see that anybody can follow Jesus, because following Jesus isn’t about trying really hard or depending on ourselves, but about depending on God. The important thing is to allow him to be the leader of your life.
