Servant leadership is something that has resonated with me for years before I started walking with Christ. The best leaders are the ones that you don’t want to let down, not the leaders that “lead” with fear. That’s just tyranny. I am realizing that Jesus taught us all we need to know about leadership. Serve like he does. Love like he does. Everything else will line up when you follow his perfect example. We need more servant leaders in this world. LEAD.

On Jesus' leadership style: Jesus' way of leadership seems to be unique. Before, I guess, that the way was straight to the point, if you want to be great then you must get over them, while Jesus says no. Humble yourself by putting yourself in the end, and serve others. Awesome!
