Wilson didn’t start WW2 because of the Armistice Agreement, in which Germany agreed to surrender on the condition that the Allies would not occupy the Fatherland. The Germans began America’s intervention in WW1 with the introduction of Unrestricted Submarine Warfare against American🇺🇸 and Allied 🚢 passenger ships.
