I'm trying to be more mindful of only making things I will use for a long time so I might try this or one like it. Yay! I'm so glad you are loving your new jacket and the top stitching! I am currently making a Muna and Broad Grainger Coat (quilted jacket). I am using this navy linen for the outer part of the coat. I decided to use TWO colors of quilting thread; hot pink and grass green. All the 80s vibes for this one and it makes me so happy that I made that decision. This is why sewing is the best. Thanks for sharing your jacket!

Thanks, Knottygnome, for your detailed review of this pattern. Your measurements are so helpful, (similar to mine), and I was delighted to see such a jacket with perfect fit. I have several wools that I'm tempted to use. The catch is that I would want to line it. Any thoughts?
