I get shocked that people a lot older (50s and 60s) than me (26) listen to this kind of music, and then I remember my dad is 50 this year and I get my love of this genre from him. He introduced me to Angus and Julia Stone, Bon Iver and so many others, and it’s now morphed into the most divine collection of soft ballads, emotionally touching melodies, and chilling lyrics, in my music libraries.
