Lisa doesn't actually have a vision. That's right, she's not actually using a vision, but a delusion for her powers. Check out this theory craft and let me know what you think!

It's actually her vision, i remember using her in that meteorite event with scaramouche where your vision will glow if you stand closer to the meteorite, and her's did glow

Isn't it because she's a witch, like Alice or Mona's master? She may not be part of the Hexenzirkel, but she still goes by Witch of Purple Rose. Heck, even Signora could use Pyro without a Vision.

But Lisa is lazy/tired because the book she touched took half her life time away in exchange for her powers, Mona even says that since her constellation is Tempus Fugit, or an hourglass, each grain of salt fallen is equal to a moment in her life gone, so in order to stop it, you put the hourglass on its side and stop it, making the person lazy or just resting, by Lisa not fully using her powers as the witch of purple rose, she has become lazy and rarely even uses her Electro abilities.
Plus, I think that by this far in the game, the devs would’ve surely left a hint towards Lisa using a Delusion

Delusions physically age you extremely quickly without a vision to temper their power. The soldiers of watatsumi grew to advanced old age in just a short time, while Lisa has had her powers for years without growing to advanced age. Therefore she cannot be using a delusion

Early on in the mondstat archon quest, when the traveler brings out the crystal that they found on that rock, lisa says “ouch” and that it “must react to visions”.

She actually got her vision by literally holding out her hand saying “I guess I need a vision for that” and it literally popped into her hand

Okay, so,

1: that’s not Pierro
2: Xaoi has one that looks the exact same, and it’s a vision
3: She’s from Sumeru so she might have changed the casing and that’s why it looks different (as stated by “Kokomi Loves GMOs”)
4: the gods are really weird on when they give out visions (just look at Klee’s)
6: in that interview, they also said that the book only granted Lisa *SOME* of her power, so she might have got the rest from a vision
7: only Fatui make the delusions, and a book isn’t a fatui member

There is one way I could think of to test the theory. Sure it was past events but maybe it would come up again sometime. There was 2 events I could recall where you had to find objects and the character's visions would illuminate the closer you were to the object. Venti was the only character I could recall with a vision that wouldn't react to the object since he uses a fake vision. I never tested Lisa's since I never used her but everyone else's I tested would light up.

When we were in the lion domain or smthing with lisa, we asked if what was the gem on her necklace and she said “Are you kidding me? It’s a vision”
